On the occasion of Artefiera 2024, the landmark event for modern and contemporary art now celebrating its 50th edition, to be held in Bologna from February 1 – 4, SBTT will open the doors of its studio to the public, hosting a solo exhibition by Eldi Veizaj, with the theme “Da questa parte della terra”, and will be open to visitors by appointment until the 1st of march.
Born in 1984, Eldi Veizaj graduated in 2011 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, where he has been living and working for several years now. Today he expresses the strong ties with his homeland, Albania, through portraits done with different techniques and media: drawing, painting, video and sculpture.
SBTT’s choice pays homage to the immense artistic value of our territory and confirms Veizaj as one of the most interesting exponents in the Bologna district, especially on related to individual and collective memory.
